The article says no such thing.

It only mentions his volunteer work at Woodlawn High School including being on the PTA and his efforts to form a new school district. There is nothing in the article about him working with the EBR School Board to improve the system.

Stop making up things that aren't true.

So if you don't work with the school board then you aren't working within the school system??????

Huh???????

The guy coached, volunteered at the school,was very involved at Woodlawn, and was in the PTA but since he didn't work with the School Board; he didn't work within the system? Sorry, if you do what he did I say he worked within the system to make it better. He gave his time and talent to do so.
