Tulane's true freshman from Shaw, JP France went 7 innings allowed 3 hits, 0 BB and 9 K's. Not a bad debut.

FIFY, my son played rec and travel ball with JP for years. JP was hitting 93 on the gun in the 5th. He is a pitcher who knows how to use his pitches and spot the ball. Talked to him before the game and kid was so loose it was scary.
