No way we only go for 3 receivers. I'd venture to guess 5. Definitely closer to 3-4 CBs as well. 5-6 OL is about right. Decent list for being this early, though.

I think Rasool Clemons will be on that list. Intriguing prospect.

no way in hell we'd look to sign 5 WRs when we just signed 4 last class and 3 the class prior. Two CBs and 3 WRs look likely. We will sign or look to sign 6-7 OL.
These are the WRs I like so far
Carlos Strickland
Cordell Broadus
Devante Peete
George Campbell
John Burt
Stanley Morgan
Michael Chigbu
Tyron Johnson
My Class List so far (Due to change obviously)

Prettymuch agree except McFadden is a CB and will stay there. We stand to lose quite a few CBs over the next year, and a fourth in this class wouldn't shock me since it is more of a boom or bust position.
ETA: we've signed a bunch of guys who project at safety, depending on how they look we may only take one in this class in Henry and load up the year after, assuming no big time OOS prospect wants in.

you don't think we want/get vahe (Teuhema cousin)?
I think we get 2 top 75 players that are not on anyone list so far. last year at this time, who thought we would get adams, garrett, valentine?
the prior year at this time, who thought we would get pocic, gilmore, herron.
this class will be just as good as last year as long as we pull in johnson (5*) and continue to recruit hard oos.

Agree with the last paragraph. These lists are just shots in the dark. Who knows how it will turn out. Last year at this time we thought it was all figured out aside from maybe 5-6 spots and we were off.
As for Vahe, he reaffirmed to Texas. Says the Teuhemas decision doesn't affect him and Texas is where he wants to be. Until something else comes out stating otherwise I take him at his word. Word before that was that Baylor was ahead of us if he did decommit. Of course he hasn't been offered by us yet. When that happens we will see what comes out. It may never happen

Who's the most important recruit for y'alls 2015 class that's YET to commit?
Posted on 2/14/14 at 4:30 pm to TexasAg13
What is your definition of most important
Posted on 2/14/14 at 4:30 pm to tigerbru17
We're not getting Tillery, and I think we get McFadden.

In terms of position of need.

In terms of position of need it would be Teuhema. But that dosent answer your question because he is already commited. Can't really point one out at this time. Obviously Tyron would be awesome because he is the most talented but he's not a make or break. It's too early to tell but probably one of the OLB or Corner prospects if we are talking uncommitted guys.
It's kind of hard to answer because the guys we have commited are our huge gets as far as needs and talent.

Offensive line.
We already got Maea Teuhema, which is a great start.
Here are the top-targets:
In-State:
-Jerry Tillery (ND commit)
-Garrett Thomas
-Adrian Magee
Out-State:
-Drew Richmond, Memphis, TN (friend of Frank Herron)
-Javon Patterson, Petal, MS
-Richie Petitbon, Washington DC (Louisiana roots)

I would say the most important player in this years class is KTII because of how good he is. Players like him come very rarely at that position.

but that's the fun in it.
you mean the fun that predicted that Cameron Robinson and Tony Brown would be Tigers?
So much speculation that it almost became fact, to the point that when they didn't choose LSU, this board went to absolute shite to the point that grown men were trashing 17 year olds???
You call that fun?

Has already listed his final 4 are Ole Miss, Alabama, Auburn, and Mississippi State. He will be a DEC grad and will visit those 4 this fall. OM and Auburn seem to be the leaders.
