He didn't publically stomp his foot. He openly told the organization early on that he had no intention of re-signing. Sure, he got quoted saying all that stuff about New York, but that was never meant to be made public.

My probloem with him is that this article is a big lie. We wanted out for a long time before we traded him. He wanted to be in a big market. he got his wish. I just wish he would honestly say this.
