Such BS. Defenses run a lot more than offenses. It's the lines where fatigue is an issue. Eventually, running hurry up neutralizes the pass rush. The Dline is expending a lot more energy every play than the Oline. Hence, the unfair advantage. I wish the rule would take it further and say 25 seconds.

It would also help with replay. I am sure that often teams rush to the line before it is determined if a play should be reviewed.
