Regarding "Job Lock" and the Benefits of the ACA

Why wasn't this issue raised when the CBO projected the loss of 800k jobs, but it's now the official mantra from the left now that the CBO projects some 2.3M jobs lost?
Are people so stupid not to realize this is a concerted effort to cover the collective liberal arse?

"Where are the jobs Mr President? Oh sorry. That's so 2004-ish."

The freedom to pursue non employed personal fulfillment is an unforeseen benefit of ACA.
Obama and his vision is so freakin awesome that even he can't account for all the benefits his wisdom provides us schmucks. .

I've done some reading on this.
The liberal writers claim the loss of 2.5 million jobs is a wonderful thing because these 2.5 million people will voluntarily leave their jobs because they won't have to rely on their jobs for healthcare.
Here is an example from some Harvard economist in USA Today:
My question is fairly obvious.
Who foots the bill for these people that enjoy this wonderful freedom provided by Obamacare?

The increased flexibility in being able to work part-time or full-time comes just as baby-boomers are retiring. By 2024, many will be in need of assistance from their families, especially their children. Making it possible for more people in their 50s and early 60s to reduce their hours of work so they can provide help to aging parents has the potential for reducing public spending for long-term care for the elderly.
My question is fairly obvious.

First, I don't think people are as stupid as some of us might think; they are simply ignorant of the information we consider of value. Many of the so called stupid people are masters at finding the path of least resistance and gaming the system.
Second, even though most Americans still identify themselves as being largely conservative, there is obviously a strong liberal progressive movement/trend in our nation that to a large extent is forwarded by most forms of media and education controlled by liberals.
Therein lies your answer. On the one hand you have a significant sector, the 47%, who don't pay income taxes and could care less about the jobs numbers or the economy in general as long as they can maintain their dependency and get their side perks and then you have the rest who for the most part hear one slanted side of the story from biased liberals with an agenda.
Bottom line, conservatism is in decline for several reasons:
1. Conservative social policies are perceived as archaic and anti-freedom.
2. Even though conservative economic principles have proven more sound, liberal control of education and communication media control a narrative that has successfully blamed conservatives for our economic problems through a class/race warfare strategy.
3. While liberals have done a good job of uniting various factions under the Democrat banner, conservatives/Rhinos have ongoing infighting within the Republican Party.

Since the CBO report came out I've read 9 different left wing columnists writing about it. From Paul Krugman to Froma Harrop. They all took identical positions:
"Now people have the freedom to opt not to work or work fewer hours. It's liberating. It's not bad news from the CBO...it's good news."
Some of the columns were eerily similar in wording. It looks as though they got a WH memo, did a cut and paste and then changed a few sentences.
