Why is it a shitty point? If we have to make all kinds of concessions because someone feels like they are a woman instead of a man, then why shouldn't we recognize a person as the race they feel they are?

This is actually an interesting legal question, in light of recent developments concerning transgendered persons. If a person were to sue to be recognized as a different race, in a California Court, it would make for great news fodder. For example, a white kid wants in a black orginazation, he sues using the same reasoning applied by the Court in the Transgender cases, arguing he feels black instead of white

If i made concessions for race I would.

The only concession i say we should make to a tranny is not call her guy, and let her use the ladies room because there are smaller rooms inside that offer privacy.
