It's SO tough in the beginning. She will want to quit a few times. But Make it through 2 months and it'll be easy.

Encourage her and throw out all the free formula they send you.

It's *so* worth it.

Word, my wife is a peds nurse and will get hooked up on formula, but is still planning to breastfeed.

She better, we just dropped $250 on a pump

Truth ... actually once I got through a month, we were good.

Actually it's good to hang on to that for emergencies. Or to supplement with as they get older.
