Mainly because it was a road game but also because LSU may have gotten the 'big head' way too prematurely.
Ten games left, and 6 are on the road.
LSU either learns how to get over this road mind frick thing, or we will be a top NIT seed.

Again not ideal, but is this so awful? I mean obviously not making the NCAAT would suck, but remember we're less than 5 years removed from NIT being a pipe dream at best.

I'm kindof tired of not seeing LSU in the NCAAT. I've almost forgotten what it feels like.
It's more fun when they are.

Yes, if they don't make the tourney, they will probably tell you themselves that they are ashamed and/or embarrassed.
We know how good they are, we've seen it already, and they know it too. NIT is disappointing for players and fans.

We've been what 3 times in the last decade? (05, 06, 09).
Trust me, I know we'll all be disappointed, but seriously. It's not like LSU has been world beaters at any time in the last 10 years with any sort of consistency (or at all in the 2000s for that matter).
With the pieces coming back next year and the new ones coming in, I mean the future is still bright (Robinson looks to be a great inside guy coming in next year).

Before the Alabama and UGA games I thought LSU would finally put it together on the road and play well against an inferior team. I guess I won't make that mistake anymore.

As of now, it's way too easy for opposing teams to beat LSU...just get JOB in foul trouble and we're basically toast...
JJ has to do a better job of coming up with contingency plans A,B, and C because every team is just gonna try and duplicate what UGA did the rest of the season.
