LSU leads the league in blocks and steals (2nd in rebounding). Yet, they don't focus on defense... This place is unbearable for 24 hours after a loss.

This really is funny... After the effort vs Arkansas, everyone was, (I'm assuming this, wasn't active during), ecstatic about the zone pressure we played.

It just wasn't our night, some bad fouls on our part, some bad fouls on officials part, but Georgia couldn't miss. Same goes for the Tennessee game. Other than that, we've been in a position to win every game with

Really?

Tough to win games when the opposing team seems to have a damn police escort to the rim.

We played awkward lineups due to fouls. Players got frustrated with bogus foul calls and were out of character.

Granted, composure is something that needs to be emphasized for kids at this level.

We all know that this group is better than what we saw tonight.

The leading reason for tonight's shite performance was JOB and Shavon only getting 10-15 mins. I don't think people realize that we can't function without these two guys.

Yes the refs sucked dick tonight, but tonight really showed how low of basketball IQ that they have. You can't keep testing the refs when they are aren't calling it your way...

I truely believe that we were not going to win this game tonight with the way the refs were calling it; but was I the only one wondering how our players hadn't learned that any contact was going to be called a foul 99% of the time?

LSU can't blame the refs for this loss. That's just weak broken sauce.

We got out-coached and out-schemed all night long.

You're right. As far as Shavon, he played 18 minutes tonight by the way, but I've been trying to find the word to fit him, and I think you nailed it... IQ. Dude is always in the right place at the right time. He executes his job tasks better than anyone else at a consistent rate. I feel like JOB is still learning the game and showing improvement.
But those 2 guys + Mickey have to be productive for any LSU success imo

But yes, the officials did affect the game's progress. Did they affect the outcome? I think yes, but adapt and overcome is the way to success in this world.

Last time I saw the points in the paint stat it was 24-2 UGA and that was just in the first half. Granted that had a lot to do with JOB being in foul trouble but our two freshman forwards need to grow up in a hurry and acquit themselves better than that.

LSU truly looked like tDenver Nuggers out there tonight.
