border agents on both sides have zero tolerance and no sense of humour - I know I cross border prolly weekly. It sucks for him but the rules on pistols are very strict in canada unless u make meth, sell drugs or are a thug ... In my fanily there is only one member that want to deal w the BS of a pistol but the laws on them havent changed since the 30s. Long guns a diff story

Some are easy, some live to be assholes. You never know which one you're gonna get though. Canadians used to not give a shite at the two border crossings near here, but since 2009, everything has changed.
