I get it's a week after most of us will have paid the state (and the nation) our dues, but It just gets me that people litter.
I hate litter and people who would rather throw crap out the window than just keep a bag in the car.

I tried to bring back "Mean Joe Green", if you go to the Driftwood parade in a few weeks, I'll have the Mean Joe green banners on my truck again. (I drive the support truck for the Kenner All Stars cheerleaders).
I would make the "fine" for littering 20 hours of community service. Darn dirty people.
But for country roads, LP's were the worst I've seen.

Abundance of dipshits is right. Not originally from here but been here almost 12 years now. My property borders highway 16 out here & I am shocked at how much shite I have to pick up in the grass out by the road every time I cut the grass.

I've never been to the LP until several yrs ago, now I drive through once a month on the backroads. I have NEVER seen so much litter and trash on roads. There is zero pride taken from the citizens located there. Shaking head....

That is what I thought.
Maybe on second thought this is a bad idea. I mean Livingston is gonna Livingston.
But it looked to me like no one had trash service and they just used the ditch in front of their house.
