You haven't been on eBay in a while. Sellers can't leave negative feedback anymore because of that. As long as the buyer pays for the item the seller can only leave positive or neutral feedback. As I understand it anyway.

Apparently you haven't been on Ebay since 2008.
A seller has no option to even leave bad feedback.
