As far as losing this one goes, that run at the end was Parker and Duncan. That's yhe game in a nutshell.

As far as appreciating losses, it depends. Wins are better, for sure, but if the team is on a good path, and I think they are, it helps me.

I had the same feeling about the Saints. I see the issues, my expectations were met, and I believe the team will get better.

This team doesn't have guys that can take over a game late, yet.
AD has the skill set, but simply struggled last night. In the 4th Q, he couldn't buy a bucket. But, had some really good looks they just wouldn't go down.
Gordon made a few shots in the 4th to give us a chance, but like has been said the Spurs weren't going to let Gordon beat them.

There wasn't anyone else out there who could take over. Add to that Parker and Duncan did what GREAT players do.

So If I should just expect losses, why should I keep watching this year?
