Again, people keep saying this, but it doesn't mean anything. The people going to MLS games are overwhelmingly white, of European ancestry. Just because someone likes soccer doesn't mean they're going to be a fan of the team, pay to go to a game, pay to go to multiple games, etc.


Moreover, some hispanic populations are not big on soccer anyways. People always bring this up when it comes to Miami, but most hispanics in Miami are Cuban. They don't care about soccer.

I'm not saying it wouldn't/couldn't work. I just think some people are out of touch with what it would take for it to be a success.
