I've frequently called William Jefferson Blythe Clinton the third the best liar I've ever met. The man could make you believe just about anything.
In terms of sheer quantity of lies, he's probably worse than Owebama, who just plain sucks at lying.

IMO, Clinton never had to sell anything to the public the size of what Bush and Obama did. Clinton benefited greatly from a thriving economy. I wish Bush and Obamas biggest lie was about an affair. Do I think Clinton would avoided making the same lies? not a chance. Hell most of Bush's WMD lie came with Bill and Hillary's backing.
