It's public and a shame up there. How the hell can someone post a duck blind on a public lake?

"Specific Hunting Regulations
Hunters may enter the refuge no earlier than 4 am and
must exit no later than two hours after legal sunset for
that day. Waterfowl hunting must cease by 12 noon and all
decoys and blinds removed from the hunting area by 1 pm."


I'm just saying....

only after 4am and no later than 2 hours after sunset...

a lot of those blind spots have been in a family for generations, its not private, but people are VERY territorial out there and would not hesitate to burn a blind if they thought it was too close to one of their blinds
