I think Brian Dawkins gets in before Lynch. Better player IMO
Saying a safety played on one of the best defenses of all time actually works AGAINST in a comparison argument against a corner like Williams. Lynch benefitted from an all-time great pass-rush, superb LBs, and some phenomenal corners that allowed him to patrol the middle and wreck shite.
Williams had a much tougher job and performed brilliantly IMO.

Didn't Williams win the SB in 1999 with the Rams? I don't see that listed.
