Do any of the freshman have an arm? If not he needs to start because he's the only one.
Mainieri wants fast outfielders. He's sacrificed arm strength for that. No one's had an arm besides Foster and Edward the last two plus seasons.

Foster has a good arm and should play RF, imo.

Fraley is a good athlete who has had a good pre-season but, Foster has looked especially impressive, both in the field and at bat. Sciambra has also done some nice things.
