Same, but I think if it gets approved/when the proposal gets more publicity, there will be other investors interested.
If it's successful, the rides will come later.

Probably, because that is a concern of mine. Of the 45 million "raised" so far, 0 of that is equity. 35 million is debt, 8 million is essentially government money, and 2 million in sponsorships. You'd like to see some actual investors put some equity money into this thing, you know, such as the developers.
Starting off with a 75 percent debt load is not the road to prosperity.
