Cause that's what ends up happening because most white people think they're gonna get murdered as soon as they come over the highrise. Just look at how many people in this thread have said it was in a bad neighborhood even though the closest neighborhood to it was a country club.

The idea for a sports complex at the site was proposed and analyzed several years ago. One group actually did an economic vitality study and backed away - apparently, there's not enough infrastructure in the area to support a sportsplex.

When you go down to Michod a block away, and take a right, that gets to be a pretty bad hood.
I had a job back there a few months back. Very sketchy, and the worst roads I have seen yet in the city.
