i just can't see putting up a business that failed in the exact same spot the first time. Theme Parks are a dead business unless you are in a ridiculously densely populated area, or you are Disney.

Perfect place to launder money. So many cash tills, small currency, costumes, carnies, strangers, and tourists. I'm getting a little chub thinking about it. Maybe they could accept bitcoin also?

Almost every theme park built in the US in the last 20 years not owned by Disney or Universal has failed. Hell, even the parks those two built were no where near as successful as they hoped.

Established parks can make a TON of money, but the cost to build a park is so high these days you basically have to go into it assuming you aren't going to pay off your start up costs for YEARS.
