i believe his parents already trademarked it so unlike the honey badger epidemic LSU won't be able to make money off of it

It's called hyperbole. (that means I exaggerated)
The message that I intended to send was this:
Some people (you being one of them) are acting like this will cause problems for LSU.
I, like most reasonable people, think that this is no big deal and nothing will come from it. LSU's compliance department will handle any issue that may arise.
