There is a little more to it than what I posted but the agreement is basically saying I will not molest, cut, destroy any property that has been planted for an agreed upon number of years. I feel like it is worth something because I will be losing revenue from that property. The upside is it grows monster deer and one day the trees will belong to the landowner.

I have some buddies with wrp/crp in NCLA so I am a little familiar with it. I will be damn near gray by the time the trees they planted will be near big enough to cut. If I had property I would diff look into it as well.
