No, you would need to fill the ice chest up with rocks thus leaving no room at all for storage of beverages etc.
The rocks will also come in handy when you're being made the butt of all jokes for the rest of the day.

Seems dumb but it could help some. If I were to do it to an old cooler though, I would add it to the outside so you wouldnt lose room inside.
