I would deliberately plow through there. Drop some trim tabs, trim down the motor, and give it half throttle. Would throw the biggest wake i could. Then if he came out hollering turn around make another pass. Can't stand people like that.

Just like these idiots in new subdivisions where speed limit is thirty. Just because they have kids they let play in the streets while half as watching through the window, then they come running across the yard screaming and hollering to slow down when you do 20 past their house.
