Danielle Hunter was supposedly Carter's Player Host last night.
Malachi was with Jennings
Not sure about Speaks, Laelaimatafao or any others.

While this is an excellent post, Quid Pro Quo and things do look much better with Carter than many of us would have ever imagined, remember still that Miles & LSU are competing with GA & Mark Richt. It seems like many believe he is pretty much a class act too, more along the lines of Miles than either Saban or Meyer. And of course, Carter is from Georgia, so that is his in state school. But I surely hope LSU can sign him!

FYI to yall...
Carter was never interested in FSU, he was interested in Florida, big time, with UGA a distant 2nd.
Florida obviously shite the bed this year so he's looking around, and warmer on UGA, but all the smart people who actually know the kid and the family still say he's a Florida lock.
So.... good luck LSU! If UGA can't have him, I'd rather him go to LSU than Florida.

You can't underestimate an OV and how it makes an impression on parents/ players. It's probably his first time to ever come to LSU so it's probably very fresh. He has been to Georgia and Florida multiple times.
I like our chances.

It's that and the realistic opportunity to play early.
There is a ton of talent in this Florida class. My question is whether the Willis commitment is in any way affecting his decision?

A parent of another player there count as a source?

Not really, just what Jimmy tweeted about Speakes. Malachi was being a tough read.
