did you get a trigger job done to get rid of some of the grittiness? That was the ONLY reason I didn't get a M&P.

That is the Achilles heel of the M&P. It's wearing an Apex Forward Set Sear and Trigger kit. I installed it myself and everything but $100+ to make it more shootable.

But I will say, besides my 1911, it is by far the easiest gun to shoot I have ever fired. Especially with that reflex sight. It is nearly perfect.

If only S&W would let Apex provide triggers for their guns from the factory...

I think if it had that factory, there would be no competition in polymer framed pistols.

OH! While I was thinking about the trigger, OP try and look at the Walther PPQ M2. That is a FINE weapon. The trigger and ergos are superb!

This may be BS. But I believe S&W distributes Walther. The reason why the PPQ doesn't get a lot of attention is because it is a direct competition to the M&P.

does the M&P40c have the ability to change out the 9 & .357 barrels like the full size from your review video?

kind of a cool feature.

Also, what price range would a 9mm barrel be?

How much do those apex triggers generally run too?
