I haven't lifted more than 3 days a week in many years

The 5 or 6 days I was lifting was generally one body part at a time, and I tried to space out workouts that worked out similar body parts. Like, I wouldn't work bi's one day then back the next...I'd work chest, or legs in between.

I have never been a bodybuilder so, outside of a few years when I was in my early 20s, I am not a big fan of split routines. I also do very little accessory work, like biceps, and not every week. I might hit 4 sets of curls at the end of my Friday workout if I feel like it. I do Tri's pretty hard because they are a direct bench accessory.

My 6 day week rotation:

Mon: Chest
Tues: Back
Wed: Delts
Thur: Biceps
Fri: Legs
Sat: Triceps
