O'Leary made a mistake, but so did Notre
Dame. They let go of a coach who took
over an 0-17 program with nothing. 10 years
later he took a bunch of 2 stars and turned
us into a top 10 program. Then he was paraded around
Disney World as a UCF hero smiling. Luv college football.*

Theres a HUGE difference between a top ten team and top ten program. Last season ucf was a top ten team whereas a school like florida wasnt. However, uf is a top ten program whereas ucf isnt even close.

with all due respect to UCF and coach O'Leary's accomplishments...UCF is not, by my definition, a top 10 program. if you and your, less than candid coach, sustain top 10 finishes for the near future then the argument will be mute.

I doubt, seriously, that they see it that way. if it makes you feel any better, I would rather see UCF do well than the smarmy, low life pricks in south bend, indiana.
