So, yes, this is about the substance of the orders. Anything he deems fit to HELP. HELP, it's like HOPE in ACTION. WHEEEEEEEE.

Side note: You brought up other presidents, not the OP nor I. And, even if other modern-era presidents issued all sorts of unconstitutional orders--as many as or more than Obama has/plans to--we are judging Obama qua Obama on this.

You know, all that hope, change, etc.
