Main benefit tax wise in my book--better control of your taxes through how you control your income. Salary? Rent from the company? ect. C corp? LLC? S? Partnership?
Of course all your taxes change--even your phone will be taxed differently. Local government in LA can and often does HOSE you--property tax, occupational licenses, friggin use tax--I hate that crap, ect.
