There was a similar thread a couple weeks ago about similar issues.
If you can confirm it was a power surge, you'll need to replace one of the boards inside. This is fairly simple to do. You'll have to google how to confirm which board, then find the board online.
If it's a larger TV, it's prob easier to fix. Smaller, just get a new one. If you can't DIY, prob better to get a new one.

I have a soundbar, blue ray player, xbox, and cable box all pluged into the same power strip and those items were not affected at all. Pretty weird that only the tv messed up
