I am not disputing or supporting the idea that global warming could make areas colder.
What I want to know is if those stating that this cold IS ,in fact, from warming, what warming are they basing this on? What I am reading states that the area in question is cooling, or more specifically increasing in freezing.
What measure are they using to support that this is from warming that I do not see?
