Currently TE/RB coach at Tulane for the last two years. Some know him for his stint at St. Augustine a few years ago and O Perry Walker a decade ago. He's well versed on how recruiting goes, has college coaching experience, and strong ties to Louisiana.

Tulane is his first D1 job, but he did coach the receivers at Millsaps for four years, during which time he had 15 receivers that made all conference in just a four year span.

Plus the dozens of D1 players he helped develop in high school. Craig Davis, Mike Wallace, Mathieu, Trai Turner, Jonah Austin, Fournette, etc....

Why do we need a tight end coach. We never throw to them. O line coach can teach them blocking schemes.

LSU doesn't have an opening for tight end position coach.
