Start here. It's got good info and can help you narrow down what you are looking for. You might want to check your credit score before trying for the high dollar cards (CSR, etc) Where do you spend the most? Can you hit the min required spending for some new cards?

Only reason the rates were so high is because I didn't shop around much and went with Capital One without any credit to my name to begin with.

Now graduating from college with a stable job in the engineering field, I could probably reach the minimum spending just paying on bills.
