MOs and GCA. MOs are way more scaleable than any other method. If you are smart, its easy to stay under 0.7% with this method. You wont find another method that is as simple, requiring lesser work and is this cheap. You could try GCA but imo it requires way more effort in tracking and accounting.

How are you scaling MO's? If I could stay under 0.7% I would certainly be happy, but I haven't figured out a way, as of yet, to do that? Typical charge/$500 card is 3.95-6.95, coupled with 0.70 at WM or 1.20-1.60 at PO, I just dont see how you're doing it? If you would prefer to email, I'd love to be clued in on what you are doing to stay at 0.7%.

As far as GCA's, sorry for my ignorance, but are you talking about the gift of college card? Or just a gift card account?

Have you heard of any success purchasing larger/ish items, requesting gift receipt, and either having it credited to a different (debit card) or cash? Ive read neiman marcus gives cash refunds for items over $2000 and kohls will give corporate issued refunds.

While it may be hypocritical or arbitrary, I think this crosses my ethical boundary.
