re: James Franklin’s contract is tied to $31 million Vanderbilt facility upgrades

Franklin is a great coach but I just don't see Penn St or any other school paying 31 mil on top of having to pay him around a 4-5 mill salary... they would've went with another candidate if they had to be on the hook for that money... Vandy guys dont hold you breath for that new facility...
