I didn't mean to imply Monty is solely responsible for the good play of Holiday and Evans. He's coached them for 5 months. I piggy backed on a different conversation and didn't make my statement clear.

I disagree with you a bit here. We all would like to see more wins and more aesthetically pleasing ball. But Holiday and Evans are putting up career best numbers. Has Monty not put them in situations to get more out of them?

Just seems a bit disingenuous to me say that Holiday and Evans are playing better ONLY because of the talents around them. At the same time, I don't think Monty is the ONLY reason they are playing the most efficient ball of their careers.

Ha. True. But it was smart not to call a TO and to get the ball out in semi transition to create a mismatch. I'll take Evans over Mo Williams (was it him?) every time. I guarantee they have talked about and practiced end of game scenarios like that one.
