Have two, Rinnai, for 8 yrs, never had any problems

Had a Rinnai for 6 years and not one problem. Get it serviced every year to 18 months. With three kids it's wonderful to be the last one to take a shower and not worry about hot water. It does take the hot water a little longer to get to the kitchen sick, timed it at about 45 seconds to 1 minute. Next house I'll have two put in.
