The pressure is a negative when multiple items are using the water, but it's not that big of an issue. I certainly was happy during the holidays when our house population doubled and during multiple showers, dishwashings, etc no one ever ran out of hot water. When you are the last to go to bed and the last to shower, you'll certainly think it money well spent

Have two, Rinnai, for 8 yrs, never had any problems
