Secret About Seattle Home Field Advantage

Saints fans...c'mon get it together. I came over to read this board and get excited for your game. Y'all are all down and hanging your heads for some reason.
The Seathugs just lost to Arizona at home, took OT to beat Tampa at home, and only beat Tenn 20-13 at home. What does that mean? How does it relate to this weekend?? Like this weekend, those games were played in Seattle during the DAY. Here is a NFC West little BIG secret about the Emerald City's much hyped home-field advantage...it's average during the day.
If Sean Payton can be patient and stick with the running game JUST enough to keep the Seattle Dline honest, then this game will be close in the 4th quarter. You can and will win this game.

Win or lose, Candlestick should bow out in the playoffs.

Seattle's season was over after the MNF game. That was their main goal to wrap up the #1 seed. They've looked average since then. Saints play turnover free football they should win this game.
I actually have the 49ers vs Saints NFC Championship in my original predictions. I'd be more worried about home field in that game then Seattle.

it is pretty shameful for a niners fan having to rev up so many sad sacks. If Carson Palmer can beat them in a game where he threw 4 picks how can ya doubt the Breesus?

I wont lie - Saints vs San Fran in Candlestick would bring back memories of the NFC West times.......would be an epic game, and a great tribute to us beating the 49's at home to close the stadium.

It might be average during the day, but this isn't a normal day game. Winner goes on to the NFC champ game. It's gonna be bananas in there.
We really need to somehow get out to a quick lead so quiet that place down. Would pay dividends

Brees has been good for 1-2 bad INT's each game on the road. That's how we got in the hole so quickly last time we play the hawks.
If Brees can keep his INT's at 0 and Payton runs the ball even more than he did in Philly, the Saints will have a legit shot to win in the 4th quarter.

Brees's picks on the road (for the most part) has been due to no running game to keep the defense honest and allowing them to stack the secondary.
if we do what we did in Philly, we will be ok.
