I wouldn't put money on anyone not named Brees, Manning, Rodgers, Brady, Rivers, or Luck to do that consistently.

I haven't seen it mentioned in here, but I think the Texans should take Clowney. I think he will be a huge force in the NFL and you can pretty much lock down two of the best pass rushers in the league with Clowney and Watt. I know the Texans need a QB, but QB is deep this year and I don't see anyone worthy of the #1 pick at the moment. Take Clowney and address the QB position with the 33rd pick.
