I think anything over 30 yards should be a 30 harder. It's a low percentage play when you just bomb it 60 yards up and guys are both searching for the ball in the air. Often the db just bumps the wr in the process fairly incidentally or in adjusting to the ball and it is called.
I wouldn't be against having 2 levels of PI where when a db is beat and blatantly tackles the wr it's a spot foul. It's a subjective call anyway and I think it would actually be easier on the refs to call a blatant one as opposed to incidental contact.

Rex is right it should just be 15 yards and an automatic first down. Officials already affect a game too much, why let them affect it more on a judgment call?
Every corner in the league isn't going to give first downs out every time you turn around.

bullshite. If they are close enough to foul they are close enough to make the play. If they're beat and they grad, well that already happens
