It appears that this board could have played a part in Gerald's decision
If it did, then he's got real issues

The bottom line is he chose a school that's coach might not even finish the year next season and is in a total downward slide. He possibly could not even make it to the next level because of this
Come on man, that's ridiculous. His natural talent is the biggest factor. If he works hard he should be able get to the next level regardless. And if you think its just coaching, then you shouldn't care less who we get then.
The #1 pick in last year's draft was from Directional Michigan. Donteri Poe was a top 15 pick from a 1 or 2 win Memphis team. I'm not sure why a guy like Willis would pick Fla given the situation and likely hood of a coaching change, but it will not hamper his ability to get to the next level.

From interviews after the fact, it seems if he flips he'll go to Bama. If that's the case I support the Florida choice!!

Florida doesn't have a-hole fans? Let Gerald ask Brock Berlin how fast Gator fans turned on him when he didn't live up to his billing.

I don't think anyone is saying he can't get to the NFL from Florida.
But, it's a miserable experience playing for a lame duck coach, on a team that is not very good, while getting compared to FSU constantly. And, that's just year 1.
Then he needs to meet an entirely new coaching staff in year 2...none of whom he will be familiar with.
Florida is a TERRIBLE decision.
