That doesn't address the biggest concern with Mawae though, his desire to coach at this level. He's stated before that he doesn't want to make the commitment to be a full time coach because he cherishes his time with his family.

If there are any changes on the offensive side (which I'm 80% sure there will be), then Cam Cameron will have a huge say in who is brought in, especially as O-line coach.
