They will never get to that point if they don't start drastically changing their viewpoints on transportation and roads. A ton of two and three lane roads won't work.

I agree TigerRob20.
I sat at a BR Chamber meeting in Iberville Parish listening about how BR does not need a loop. They said we have the right of way to connect I-10 to 3125 which will send that traffic to New Orleans.
Then I remember living in Shreveport remembering about the town having an inner loop, burt kouns industrial loop, and an Outer loop. Shreveport thought things out.
