no ball movement of offense at all,coming out of halftime adjustments

I know we turn into a jump shooting team sometimes, but I don't really understand how we can end up some far behind at the foul line every game. Evans, Holiday, Gordon, and Rivers are all guys who take the ball to the rim. Davis also tries to mix it up down low. I just don't get the constant disadvantage we face every game.
