Really? I like Agility X. If you really push, it can be a tough workout. Maybe if you're on week 10, it's easier. But for the 1st block, it's pretty good. Good mix of lunges, jumping, and cardio type moves. It's certainly not PlyoX, but I think it's decent.

I guess after doing P90X, P90X2 twice, T-25, P90X3 four times, and on and on and on....
