What a bunch f prejudiced people here. I absolutely do not worship the private enterprise bull crap that any body has a right to discriminate. You can't hire or fire based on religion, race, sex, sexual orientation or any other protected class. You all should be ashamed.

I consider it morally reprehensible for anyone to predicate hiring or firing decisions based on any of the things you listed.

However...

I also consider it morally reprehensible for anyone to use violence, or threats of violence, to force individuals to associate with people they don't want to associate with.

So, in short, I would like for you to tell me why you think that aggressive violence is more moral than prejudice.

As a former NCAA coach, a non-revenue sport, I was never considered for many jobs because I was a white male.

Title IX is in fact something you should be ashamed of because it requires hiring based on race and gender.

Edit: You ashamed of the bullshite that is Title IX? Anybody? I bet not.

I'm not saying I agree with it, but a person should be allowed to run their business the way they see fit. If they make terrible decisions(like firing based on race, religion, sex, etc..) which run their business into the ground...so be it. Like I said, if allowed to, these things have a way of working themselves out without outside intervention.

Besides, who decides why the person was fired? Couldn't the business owner just make up any excuse they wanted? Wouldn't it result in charges that a person was fired based on X(race, sex, etc) when really it was a result of them being a terrible employee?

JB, I advocate individual rights and property rights. If you think I'm prejudiced, I can live with that. Personally I do not advocate firing because of race, gender, political beliefs, etc. But, think it's your right to run your business the way you see fit.
